If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete a travel risk assessment form.  There are links below, or you may come to the surgery to collect a travel pack. The pack includes information on travelling safely abroad as well as any fees associated with travel. To discuss your Travel vaccinations, please call the surgery to make an appointment with a travel nurse.

Please allow plenty of time, preferably a couple of months, to complete this process  These vaccines may have to be ordered if they are not a stock vaccine.  You may need a course of treatment and you have to allow time for the vaccines to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.  This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
