New Premises

There have been reports in the local media that Worcestershire County Council is planing to sell off the site on which the surgery is based.  Some of the current tenants are looking to move out, such as the library service.  We at the surgery are safely staying here for now.  We want to move out but will only do so when alternative adequate premises are ready.

The surgery has been based in the County Council buildings for many, many years.  The doctors have invested time and money over the years in an attempt to let the premises "keep up" with the scale and range of services which we wish to provide for our patients.  NHS Worcestershire, identified some years ago that this Practice was in need of new premises.

To that end we are now working to secure new premises for us, from which to look after our patients.  New premises are not guaranteed because of funding uncertainties within the NHS.  We have however started the long process and we will of course let our patients know when we have more to report
